Clinical Training Lead – Saudi Arabia

About the role

As a Clinical Training Lead for the Saudi Arabia market, you will drive the adoption of Insulet’s Omnipod portfolio by delivering high‑quality training to distributor partners, healthcare professionals and patients. You will work closely with the Country Manager and cross‑functional teams to ensure clinical excellence and support commercial growth across the Middle East and Africa region.

Key responsibilities

• Assess training needs of distributor partner personnel and design tailored training programmes.
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing clinical training for the Omnipod product suite.
• Provide comprehensive support for the Omnipod Discover data‑management platform, including account setup, report generation and user training.
• Develop and approve training materials using the Veeva Medical Review (MLR) framework.
• Assist with pump clinics, support groups, virtual sessions and local conference workshops.
• Travel across the Middle East up to 30% of the time to support regional initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or demonstrable experience in training and/or managing insulin‑pump patients.
• Experience in a medical‑device or pharmaceutical commercial role (clinical, sales, marketing or training).
• Strong background in diabetes care; Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) preferred.
• Nursing or clinical services background is advantageous.
• Prior commercial experience and familiarity with channel‑partner training is a plus.
