Cloud Ambassador – Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a warm, professional Cloud Ambassador – Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Cloud Spaces. In this position you will ensure a five‑star experience for clients and visitors while supporting daily office operations in a modern, premium business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and guests with genuine hospitality, reflecting Cloud Spaces’ high standards.
• Support new client onboarding, including phone setup, system orientation and personalized reception assistance.
• Manage daily reception tasks such as handling calls, scheduling bookings, coordinating couriers, overseeing meeting‑room usage and providing video‑conferencing support.
• Operate and maintain communication and IT tools, including IP phone systems, interactive screens and booking platforms.
• Collaborate with team members and management to maintain an efficient, positive workplace.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and client service.
• Previous experience in reception, guest relations or office administration is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic fluency is a plus.
• Professional, proactive and detail‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, client‑focused environment.
