Cluster Activations & Advocacy Assistant Director

About the role

The Cluster Activations & Advocacy Assistant Director will lead brand collaborations, influencer engagement and on‑property marketing activations across four luxury resorts in the Red Sea and AMAALA destinations. Reporting to the Cluster Director of Marketing, the role translates strategic marketing plans into high‑impact local initiatives that drive visibility, footfall and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual advocacy strategy for all properties, including KPI definition (Share of Voice, Earned Media Value, Influencer ROI, etc.).
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with luxury opinion leaders, creators and cultural ambassadors.
• Design advocacy programs that turn guests into brand ambassadors and identify emerging luxury trends.
• Lead the end‑to‑end influencer program: roadmap planning, agency management, creator identification, brief development and deliverables tracking.
• Plan and execute marketing activations, PR initiatives, partnerships and on‑property events across the four hotels, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and report results to senior marketing leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years (96 months) of experience in luxury hospitality or high‑end brand marketing.
• Proven track record in managing influencer programs and experiential marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of brand advocacy, partnership development and performance tracking.
