About the role

The Cluster Director – Health, Safety & Risk is a senior leadership position within Red Sea Global Hospitality, responsible for safeguarding guests, employees and assets across a portfolio of luxury, sustainability‑driven properties in remote, high‑profile locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a portfolio‑wide Health, Safety & Risk strategy aligned with operational, sustainability and guest experience goals.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, industry standards and internal policies.
• Partner with General Managers, operators, corporate teams and government authorities to drive consistent safety and risk practices.
• Promote a culture of accountability, risk awareness and continuous improvement across all properties.
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting standards and performance metrics to monitor compliance and effectiveness.
• Oversee health, safety and wellbeing programmes, risk management, crisis preparedness and emergency response planning.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in health, safety and risk management, preferably within hospitality or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry best practices and risk mitigation techniques.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with corporate, operational and governmental stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of implementing effective safety cultures and governance structures.
