About the role
The Cluster Director of Engineering provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and technical governance for engineering and safety functions across a portfolio of luxury hotels in the Abraj Al Bait complex.
Key responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams to ensure reliability, safety, efficiency and long‑term sustainability of all assets, infrastructure and building systems.
- Collaborate closely with hotel leadership and stakeholders to align engineering operations with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee technical governance, compliance with company policies, brand requirements and local regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for engineering processes and sustainability goals.
Required profile
- Proven experience in senior engineering leadership within the hospitality or large‑scale facilities sector.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to manage multiple hotel properties simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance and sustainability.
