Cluster Director of Finance

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, self‑motivated finance professional to provide financial support, advice and expertise to the General Manager and the hotel team. The Cluster Director of Finance will ensure high‑quality accounting and financial processes across the hotel portfolio, driving value and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and systems while safeguarding company assets and ensuring compliance with fiscal, legal and corporate policies.
• Perform variance analysis on property financial reports, prepare commentary, and recommend remedial actions to Financial Controllers, General Managers, Area Vice President and Corporate Office.
• Conduct regular field visits to all hotels, including meetings with the Corporate Vice President of Finance.
• Review annual insurance coverage for each property and propose adjustments to the Corporate Vice President of Finance.
• Analyse, interpret and communicate financial data to support sound commercial decisions and maximise profit potential.

Required profile

• University degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar finance role, preferably within the Middle East hospitality sector.
• Proficient computer skills and strong command of written and spoken English.
• Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively with senior management.
