Co-Founder & CXO – Lead Strategy & Growth

About the role

Sanabil Studio is seeking a visionary Co-Founder & CXO to drive A27 from early traction to a scalable, category‑defining structured‑finance infrastructure business. You will own the strategic direction, commercial engine, fundraising, and long‑term vision while building a high‑performing founding team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute A27’s strategy for structured finance infrastructure and real‑world asset tokenization.
• Build the commercial engine, close the first enterprise clients, and generate recurring revenue.
• Lead enterprise sales targeting financial institutions, corporates, and capital‑market participants.
• Raise the seed round and future capital, reporting progress to the Sanabil Studio Investment Committee.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead the founding team across commercial, product, and operations functions.
• Partner with the CTO on product roadmap and platform development.
• Establish relationships with regulators, banks, and ecosystem partners.
• Set pricing, packaging, and roadmap from a focused product to a multi‑product platform.
• Shape company culture and operating rhythm from day one.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and scaling a business as a founder, early operator, or senior commercial leader, preferably in fintech, financial services, or enterprise SaaS.
• Deep understanding of structured finance, private capital markets, or asset‑backed finance.
• Track record of selling complex products to enterprises or financial institutions and managing long sales cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, hire, and develop high‑performing teams.
