Commercial Contracts Sr. Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Contracts Specialist to lead the definition, drafting, negotiation and lifecycle management of commercial agreements across the organization. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts are clear, compliant and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document commercial contract requirements, covering scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines and compliance with internal policies.
• Develop, structure and draft contract documents, adapting templates and clauses to the specific contract type and strategic positioning.
• Lead negotiations, providing guidance on commercial structure, risk allocation and alignment with legal standards.
• Conduct comprehensive contract reviews to identify risks, ambiguities or non‑compliant provisions and recommend amendments.
• Monitor execution and performance of active contracts, ensuring milestones, obligations and deliverables are met.
• Manage contract lifecycle events such as renewals, extensions, variations and terminations to maximize value.
• Resolve contract‑related disputes, coordinating with internal functions to determine liabilities and corrective actions.
• Maintain centralized contract records and ensure documentation governance, archiving and audit readiness.
• Provide real‑time contractual clarifications to commercial and procurement teams.
• Oversee high‑level leasing contract responsibilities, including renewals and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in commercial contract management or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Ability to prepare and submit work reports to the department head.
• Commitment to follow safety, quality and compliance guidelines.
