Commercial Coordinator – Pre‑Opening (Saudi National)

About the role

The Commercial Coordinator supports Faena The Red Sea’s Commercial team during the pre‑opening and launch phase. Acting as a brand ambassador, the role ensures smooth administration, client coordination, and sales organization across transient, leisure, corporate, and group segments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Sales team.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, presentations, and client correspondence in line with brand standards.
• Respond to sales enquiries promptly and route opportunities to appropriate team members.
• Coordinate appointments, site inspections, familiarisation trips, and travel schedules.
• Maintain accurate account profiles, activity logs, leads, and pipeline updates in Delphi / Salesforce CRM.
• Track production reports, account performance, and sales activity summaries for leadership review.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports, budgets, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
• Support contract administration, rate loading requests, and documentation filing.
• Liaise with Reservations and Operations to ensure accurate handover of bookings and VIP arrivals.
• Assist with trade shows, road shows, networking events, and promotional activations.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Professional, warm, and detail‑oriented demeanor.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Events, Revenue, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced pre‑opening environment.
