Commercial Early Talent Leadership Development Program – Technical Sales Engineer (Riyadh)

About the role

Eaton’s Commercial Early Talent Leadership Development Program is a three‑year graduate scheme that begins with a Technical Sales Engineer position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will work on the technical sales of a selected product portfolio, collaborating with partners and direct customers to drive commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical sales activities, presenting Eaton’s solutions to partners and end‑customers.
• Support quotation engineering, field sales and application engineering tasks across multiple markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related field) to be completed by August 2026; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral English communication, proactive attitude, fast learning ability and willingness to relocate within the EMEA region during the program.
