Commercial Manager – Infrastructure & Utility Projects

About the role

The Commercial Manager will oversee day‑to‑day commercial and contractual administration for an infrastructure/utility package on a construction supervision project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role ensures valuations, variations and cost reports are accurate, compliant and aligned with contract requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial and contractual administration for the assigned scope.
• Review contractor valuations, variations and cost reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Support contract administration, including correspondence and change management.
• Coordinate commercial risk matters with the Senior Cost Manager and Commercial Director.
• Provide commercial support across multiple work packages on large‑scale developments.

Required profile

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years overall relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a similar commercial management role.
• At least 5 years experience on infrastructure/utility projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Fluent spoken, written and read English.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of commercial administration and contract management processes.
• Ability to analyse valuations, variations and cost reports for compliance.
