About the role
A Riyadh-based real estate developer, focused on high-quality residential and mixed-use communities, is building its core delivery team. It has a pipeline of 600+ residential units, with site activity starting early next year. The Commercial Manager leads the commercial function client-side across a major residential programme.
Key responsibilities
- Own cost planning, budgets, procurement strategy, tendering and contractor rate analysis
- Manage contracts, variations, valuations and final accounts
- Build and lead a commercial team as the business scales
- Work closely with project, design and development teams from feasibility through to handover
Required profile
- 10+ years in construction commercial or QS roles
- Contractor and developer experience strongly preferred
- Residential mid- or high-rise experience on multi-unit schemes
- Experience leading a team
- KSA experience and Arabic are a plus
