Commercial Sales Executive

About the role

Al Ghurair Mobility is expanding its Western Auto division in Saudi Arabia and is seeking a Commercial Sales Executive to drive sales of commercial vehicles. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for commercial vehicles.
• Build strong relationships with fleet customers, corporate accounts, and key decision‑makers to achieve sales targets.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and consultations to demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Provide fleet and product consultation, recommending suitable vehicle solutions and financing options.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop and execute sales plans.
• Prepare quotations, sales agreements, and coordinate with internal departments for timely vehicle delivery, registration, and handover.
• Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM systems, prepare reports, and track performance against targets.

Required profile

• Saudi national, aligning with Al Ghurair Mobility KSA’s localization strategy.
• 2–5 years of experience in commercial vehicle sales, fleet sales, or B2B automotive sales; dealership experience preferred.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to achieve targets.
• Customer‑focused and commercially driven mindset.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Results‑oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment.
