Commercial Specialist

About the role

The Commercial Specialist supports the company’s commercial operations in Riyadh by managing the end‑to‑end order process, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely delivery to customers. The role aims to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction and maintain high efficiency in order handling.

Key responsibilities

• Track customer purchase orders from placement through receipt and delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehouse teams to guarantee on‑time order fulfillment.
• Monitor sales orders throughout the order‑to‑cash cycle.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the ERP/CRM system.
• Support the implementation of pricing strategies and ensure pricing accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, business development or a similar role.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer electronics, manufacturing or trading industries is preferred; home‑appliance experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong commercial awareness and analytical abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail capabilities.
