Commercial Training Manager – META Region

About the role

The Commercial Training Manager, META, will design, develop and deliver capability‑building programmes that strengthen the commercial organisation across the META region. Working closely with Business Units, Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Sales Leadership, HR and Medical Affairs, the role supports PurposeBD’s growth strategy and the shift to a direct‑market model.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and prioritize learning interventions.
• Align training initiatives with META strategic priorities and commercial excellence objectives.
• Design and implement curricula for sales, marketing, clinical and commercial leaders.
• Create blended learning solutions (instructor‑led, virtual, digital and field‑based).
• Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions and continuous‑improvement learning events.
• Build structured onboarding programmes and certification pathways for new commercial associates and leaders.
• Support adoption of BD Excellence tools and methodologies throughout the region.
• Manage annual commercial training plans, budgets and learning‑track metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering commercial capability programmes.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills across sales, marketing, HR and medical affairs.
• Ability to develop blended learning solutions and lead workshops.
• Experience managing training budgets and measuring learning impact.
