Communications Manager - Brand & Business

About the role

As the Brand & Business Communications Manager for PepsiCo Middle East Foods, you will shape and deliver the communications agenda for the foods portfolio across the Middle East, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia and the UAE. You will be responsible for building brand relevance, strengthening reputation, and driving earned engagement through media relations, influencer partnerships, activations, and compelling storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy for the foods portfolio across the region.
• Lead media relations, influencer engagement, and partnership activations to generate earned media and consumer engagement.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, insights, commercial, and corporate affairs teams to amplify key campaigns.
• Create and manage brand‑led communications opportunities that align with business objectives throughout the year.
• Lead storytelling for core business priorities such as agriculture, manufacturing, innovation, R&D, and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor and measure the impact of communications initiatives and adjust tactics accordingly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in communications or brand management within the food & beverage sector.
• Demonstrated success in media relations, influencer engagement, and partnership activation.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, insights, commercial and corporate affairs teams.
• Deep understanding of the Middle East market, especially Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
• Excellent storytelling and written communication skills in English.
