Communications Manager (Consumer Communications)

About the role

Keeta is seeking a Communications Manager to lead consumer‑focused communications across Saudi Arabia. You will shape the narrative around our food‑delivery and consumer‑technology services, ensuring our brand resonates with customers, merchants, riders and local communities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute consumer communications strategies that support business objectives, campaigns and brand positioning.
• Lead planning and execution of product launches, partnerships, seasonal campaigns and corporate announcements from a consumer communications perspective.
• Build and maintain relationships with consumer, lifestyle, technology, business and trade media across Saudi Arabia.
• Identify storytelling opportunities and create press materials such as releases, media pitches, Q&As, key messages and briefing documents.
• Manage media inquiries, coordinate interviews, briefings and press events.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align earned media with paid and owned campaigns.
• Work with Social Media and Content teams to maximise communications across owned channels.
• Monitor media trends, competitor activity and the broader food‑delivery landscape to spot opportunities and risks.
• Oversee communications agencies, ensuring high‑quality execution and reporting against KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in communications, public relations or corporate affairs.
• Experience in consumer technology, e‑commerce, food delivery, FMCG, retail or digital platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi media landscape with established relationships with key journalists.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to manage PR agencies and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong project‑management and organisational skills, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
