Community & Partnerships Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Tamatem, the leading mobile games publisher in the MENA region, is seeking a Community & Partnerships Manager to serve as its on‑ground representative in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building relationships with the local gaming ecosystem, identifying partnership opportunities, and engaging the Saudi player community.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Tamatem at gaming, entertainment, and industry events across Saudi Arabia.
• Build and maintain relationships with brands, sponsors, government entities, gaming organisations and strategic partners.
• Source sponsorship opportunities and identify new partnership avenues to grow the business.
• Support negotiations and coordinate partnership execution with internal teams.
• Stay closely connected with the Saudi gaming community, monitor trends, player behaviours and cultural moments.
• Share market insights and recommendations with internal teams.
• Develop relationships with gaming clubs, universities, influencers and content creators.
• Support influencer campaigns and community activations.
• Plan and execute community events, tournaments and local activations, including logistics and on‑ground execution.
• Coordinate merchandise production, distribution and organise rewards for VIP players, tournament winners and influencers.

Required profile

• Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, community management, events or marketing.
• Excellent networking and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self‑driven and capable of working independently.
