Compliance Manager (CMA Experience Only)

About the role

The company is a growing fintech and investment platform in Saudi Arabia that needs a seasoned Compliance Manager to lead its compliance framework. The role focuses on ensuring alignment with Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations and supporting the business with regulatory guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and oversee a compliance framework that meets CMA requirements.
• Monitor regulatory developments, assess impact, and communicate changes to relevant teams.
• Maintain effective communication with the CMA and support regulatory engagements.
• Provide compliance advice to management and business functions.
• Review and monitor agreements with fund managers to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee fund manager activities and investment distribution from a compliance perspective.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to address compliance matters.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in compliance, specifically with CMA regulations.
• Experience reviewing fund manager agreements and overseeing investment platforms.
• Strong understanding of regulatory risk management in fintech.
