Compliance Manager

About the role

The Compliance Manager will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the organization’s compliance framework. This role ensures that all operations adhere to applicable laws, regulations and internal policies while supporting ethical business conduct across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the compliance reporting process, ensuring timely submission to regulators and internal stakeholders.
• Develop, implement and maintain compliance policies, procedures and frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments and create mitigation plans for identified risks.
• Oversee the compliance monitoring program, ensuring effective controls and prompt remediation of issues.
• Provide guidance to management and employees on compliance matters and ethical conduct.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure new products, services and initiatives meet regulatory and internal standards.
• Design and deliver compliance training programs to raise employee awareness.
• Continuously enhance compliance tools, systems and methodologies for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years (72 months) of experience in compliance, risk assessment or related areas.
• Proven ability to lead teams, set performance objectives and provide feedback.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and internal policy development.
