Compliance Officer

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Compliance Officer to join our team in Riyadh. The role focuses on ensuring that client onboarding and ongoing operations meet all regulatory and anti‑money‑laundering requirements. You will work closely with internal departments to maintain accurate records and support the firm’s legal compliance framework.

Key responsibilities

• Review client information, complete KYC procedures and verify documentation during onboarding.
• Prepare and maintain KYC forms, client records and compliance documentation.
• Draft legal service agreements using approved templates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain outstanding client documents.
• Support AML and CTF compliance, including monitoring regulatory updates.
• Handle registrations on government and regulatory platforms and keep company information current.
• Follow up on applications with the Ministry of Justice and other authorities.
• Track licenses, registrations and official records, ensuring timely renewals.
• Process supplier and vendor registration requests.
• Maintain organized records in line with the firm’s retention policy.
• Prepare compliance reports and provide administrative support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance, legal operations, AML/KYC or a similar role.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian government platforms and regulatory procedures.

Required skills

• KYC and customer due‑diligence processes.
• Anti‑money‑laundering (AML) and counter‑terrorist financing (CTF) compliance.
• Legal drafting of service agreements.
• Knowledge of Saudi regulatory registration systems.
