Compound General Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Compound General Manager to oversee all aspects of a residential compound in Riyadh. The role combines facility management, resident services, financial oversight and staff leadership to ensure a premium living experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of residential units, common areas, recreational facilities, landscaping and shared infrastructure.
• Develop and enforce operational policies, service standards and quality procedures.
• Oversee preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil systems.
• Manage utilities, energy consumption, water usage and waste disposal.
• Ensure amenities such as pools, gyms, sports facilities, playgrounds and community halls are maintained to premium standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections, identify safety concerns and drive improvement initiatives.
• Serve as primary contact for residents, handling onboarding, move‑in/move‑out, complaints and service requests.
• Organise community events, communications and resident engagement activities.
• Develop and monitor annual operating budgets, capital expenditure plans and financial forecasts.
• Control operational expenditures, oversee rent collection, service charge management and procurement approvals.
