Computer Technician – After‑Sales Service

About the role

We are seeking a skilled, customer‑oriented Computer Technician to join our After‑Sales Service team. You will work directly with customers to install, configure, and troubleshoot a range of devices, ensuring a smooth and reliable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Install screen protectors and coatings on mobile phones and smartwatches.
• Install, activate, and configure Windows operating systems on PCs and laptops.
• Install, activate, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office and antivirus software.
• Format and reinstall operating systems on mobile devices, PCs, and laptops.
• Transfer data between mobile devices of different brands and operating systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers and related peripherals.
• Receive maintenance devices, create service requests, and diagnose basic hardware/software issues.

Required profile

• At least 1 month of experience in computer and mobile device maintenance.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with antivirus installation and activation.
• Basic understanding of printer configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail or service environment.
