Concierge Supervisor – Luxury Hotel

About the role

As a Concierge Supervisor at Rosewood, you will lead the daily concierge desk, delivering personalized, luxury service to guests from arrival through departure. You will collaborate with multiple hotel departments and local partners to create seamless, memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the concierge team to ensure exceptional guest service at all times.
• Assist guests with transportation, dining reservations, destination recommendations, activities, and special requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local service providers and partners.
• Accurately manage guest information, itineraries, reservations, and follow‑up requests.
• Support training and development of concierge associates to uphold luxury standards.
• Identify and act on opportunities to create personalized, memorable experiences.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building meaningful connections.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, guest relations, or front office operations.
• Strong knowledge of local destinations and ability to tailor recommendations.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
• Leadership mindset, able to inspire teamwork and maintain composure under pressure.
