Consortium Project Integrator

About the role

Alstom Grid is seeking a full‑time Consortium Project Integrator to lead high‑criticality railway projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will combine strong leadership with project‑management expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Planning (QCDP) performance for assigned projects.
• Define project strategy and align it with contractual obligations.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams, managing resources and timelines from transfer to close‑out.
• Maintain and develop customer and external stakeholder relationships.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, opportunities, and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable rules, standards, and ethical guidelines.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 15+ years of project‑management experience in the railway industry, including at least 5 years on medium‑critical projects.
• Proven experience working in multinational environments and diverse business cultures.
• Strong negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• IPMA Level A certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
