Construction Manager – Civil (Mega Project)

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Construction Manager (Civil) to lead all civil construction activities on a prestigious mega‑project in Makkah. The role involves overseeing site operations, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all civil construction activities from initiation to handover.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, schedule and contractual requirements.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and construction crews.
• Coordinate civil work with architectural, MEP and finishing trades.
• Monitor progress, implement corrective actions and report status to senior management.
• Maintain QA/QC, HSE and Saudi construction regulations.
• Review methodologies, work sequences and resource allocation.
• Oversee testing, inspections, snagging and project handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in large‑scale civil projects (high‑rise towers, 5‑star hotels or mixed‑use developments).
• Proven track record managing large construction teams and site operations.
• Previous experience in the GCC, preferably Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works and Saudi building regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and decision‑making abilities.
