Construction Manager – High‑Rise & Concrete Works

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead reinforced concrete and high‑rise building works on a major project in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing large site teams, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of structural works.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale reinforced concrete and structural construction activities.
• Manage high‑rise construction across multiple work fronts, driving concrete cycles and sequencing.
• Coordinate formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring, and associated temporary works.
• Supervise engineers, supervisors, foremen, labour, and subcontractors.
• Monitor manpower, plant, materials, and site productivity.
• Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, HSE, QA/QC, and Logistics teams.
• Review drawings, method statements, RFIs, and construction sequencing.
• Resolve site, technical, and constructability issues while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Strong experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Construction Manager on high‑rise projects.
• Extensive hands‑on experience delivering reinforced concrete structures.
• Proven ability to manage large site teams and subcontractors.
• Fluent professional English.
