Construction Manager – High‑Rise & Hospitality Projects

About the role

Mobco Group is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the execution of high‑rise towers, luxury hotels, mixed‑use and large‑scale commercial projects. The role involves overseeing all site activities from start‑up through handover while ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all construction activities on site from commencement to project handover.
• Lead Civil, Architectural, Structural and MEP teams to ensure coordinated execution.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones and ensure work follows approved drawings and method statements.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Planning, QA/QC and HSE teams.
• Ensure adequate manpower, equipment and materials are available.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and enforce contractual and quality requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational and logistical issues on site.
• Promote a strong safety culture and enforce HSE policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and oversee testing, commissioning, snagging and handover activities.
• Support commercial aspects such as variation orders and claims.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 18 years of construction experience, including at least 8 years in a Construction Manager role on major building projects.
• Proven experience with high‑rise residential towers, luxury hotels, commercial towers, mixed‑use and large‑scale developments.
• Experience working with leading contractors in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly preferred.
