Construction Manager – Industrial Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the end‑to‑end execution of industrial construction projects. The role ensures delivery within scope, schedule, budget and quality while maintaining full compliance with health, safety and environment standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day site operations across all construction phases of industrial projects.
• Manage subcontractors, site engineers and supervision teams to achieve project milestones.
• Review and approve construction methodologies, work sequences and resource plans.
• Monitor progress against baseline schedules and initiate corrective actions when needed.
• Control site budgets, material consumption and manpower allocation.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality specifications and HSE regulations.
• Coordinate with technical office, planning and procurement teams to resolve site issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years on industrial projects.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale contracting operations.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Strong command of English.
