Construction Manager – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects through all execution phases.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, and allocate resources.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
• Conduct regular site inspections for safety, quality, and progress.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA, and HSE teams.
• Review and approve project reports and technical documentation.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and resource utilization.
• Ensure adherence to Saudi building regulations and company policies.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing large‑scale commercial, residential, industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, contract administration and cost control.
• Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers is preferred.
• Saudi nationality required.
• Fluency in English; Arabic highly desirable.
