Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to lead high‑end residential villa projects in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects valued at SAR 500 million or more, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan project scope, develop detailed schedules and allocate resources.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors, monitor site progress and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, control costs and prepare regular progress reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments, implement quality‑assurance procedures and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, local regulations and design specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record on residential villa projects exceeding SAR 500 million in total value.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in the Riyadh region and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
