Construction Supervisor – Civil & Finishing Works

About the role

Fakeeh Care is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead civil, structural and finishing activities for healthcare facilities and other building projects. The role involves coordinating internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise execution of civil works, managing both internal staff and external contractors.
• Ensure required materials are available and delivered on schedule.
• Monitor productivity, progress, and quality, identifying and removing bottlenecks.
• Assist the Civil Engineer, flagging material and manpower issues.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and coordinate with MEP teams.
• Prepare local purchase item lists and support procurement activities.
• Implement and enforce safety standards on site.
• Promote continuous improvement, confidentiality, cybersecurity, and adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Saudi Council of Engineers certification.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and Arabic.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and good communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Word.
• Proficiency with MS Excel.
