Construction Supervisor – Electrical

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead the electrical scope of a high‑rise tower project. You will oversee all electrical construction activities, ensure compliance with standards, and coordinate with engineering and management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate electrical tests such as ground‑fault, ground resistance, insulation resistance, polarity, continuity, capacity and load.
• Inspect electrical equipment installations, witness testing and energization activities, and provide progress reports.
• Ensure safety compliance for all electrical installations on site.
• Review contractor documents and shop drawings, flagging issues that could affect system stability or function.
• Liaise with Senior Electrical Engineer and other engineers/managers to provide guidance and support.
• Maintain daily reports documenting contractor work and perform field checks of equipment, ducts, conduit, cable, panels and other components.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in a technical or construction‑related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience on housing or high‑rise construction projects.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction specifications.
• Familiar with construction processes related to electrical systems.
