Consultancy Manager (Digital and Offline Media)

About the role

MEDPUSH is seeking a Consultancy Manager to lead digital and offline media initiatives from its Riyadh office. You will act as the primary strategic partner for clients, driving performance and delivering measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage client relationships across assigned accounts.
• Mentor, coach, and develop a high‑performing team.
• Review and optimise media and digital campaign performance.
• Develop media and digital strategies, planning, and performance‑enhancement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on market trends, media landscape, and emerging digital tools.
• Make confident decisions to achieve defined KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of experience in offline media and digital planning, optimisation, and buying with a leading agency.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proven knowledge of the media industry and hands‑on campaign management experience.
• Detail‑oriented team player with high accountability.
