Consultant – Corporate Performance Management

About the role

The Consultant will support Elm’s corporate performance management function by translating strategic objectives into measurable indicators, maintaining Balanced Scorecards and KPIs, and coordinating data collection and reporting across business units. This role ensures evidence‑based decision‑making and continuous improvement in line with Elm’s policies and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Elm’s strategy into measurable performance objectives and indicators, and align departmental targets with corporate priorities.
• Prepare, update and maintain Balanced Scorecards for relevant organizational levels, coordinating drafts, reviews and approvals.
• Support business units in defining KPIs, setting performance targets, and documenting measurement methods and evidence requirements.
• Collect, validate and analyse performance data and evidence, identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual performance review cycles, prepare reporting materials and present findings to senior management and the Board.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Finance, Management Information Systems or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in corporate performance management, strategic planning, KPI development or related areas.
• Professional certifications in Balanced Scorecard, KPI or performance management are a plus.
