Consultant / Senior Consultant – Real Estate Advisory – Bilingual Arabic Speaker

About the role

The position involves providing advisory services on real estate investments, monitoring project performance, and supporting transaction execution for clients in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor investment cases and ensure projects meet value‑realization targets.
• Conduct technical and commercial due diligence on development programmes, cost plans, market assumptions and contracts.
• Evaluate developers, joint‑venture partners and funds for partner selection.
• Perform real estate feasibility studies, market benchmarking and business case validation.
• Build and review financial models, conduct NPV, IRR, sensitivity and scenario analyses to support investment decisions.
• Lead acquisition due diligence, transaction advisory, valuation and deal structuring.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in real estate advisory, investment analysis or related fields.
• Experience with Big 4, Tier‑1 advisory firms, investment funds, developers, banks or institutional investors, preferably in KSA/GCC.
• Fluent English with strong written and presentation skills; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and real‑estate financial modelling (cash‑flow, IRR, NPV, sensitivity, scenario analysis).
• Real‑estate investment and development economics.
• PowerPoint for executive‑level presentations and report writing.
