Consumer Financial Control Section Manager

About the role

The Consumer Financial Control Section Manager will lead the financial control operations for the Consumer sector of Saudi Telecom Company. Reporting to senior finance leadership, the role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance, and supports strategic decision‑making by providing insight into the sector’s financial status and outlook.

Key responsibilities

• Participates in developing and implementing Financial Control & Operations plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Directs and manages the Financial Control Section, providing leadership to achieve high performance standards.
• Defines and implements financial controls and systems to safeguard STC’s assets.
• Verifies and approves payment requests to suppliers, partners and internal units, ensuring compliance with statutory tax and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates with the Finance Sector on new payment channels, profitability analysis, pricing development, and related matters.
• Monitors fraud instances in collaboration with Revenue Assurance, recommending actions to maintain financial stability.
• Optimises cash and credit payments, approving commissions, partner payments, petty cash, and inter‑Sector settlements.
• Manages banking guarantee letters for STC cabins, including renewal and revenue tracking.
• Analyzes CBU revenue on weekly, monthly and annual bases, highlighting significant changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing financial control functions within a large organization.
• Experience verifying and approving financial transactions and payment requests.
• Knowledge of statutory tax, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with finance, revenue assurance and fraud monitoring teams.
