About the role

Leo Burnett is seeking a Content Delivery Manager to lead the creation, management, and execution of social media content strategies for its clients. The role blends creativity, data, and emerging AI technologies to drive engaging, platform‑specific campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media content strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with creative, design, copywriting, and video teams to ensure brand consistency and on‑brand content.
• Stay current with social media trends, emerging formats, and industry activity.
• Identify and integrate AI tools to enhance ideation, production, and performance optimization.
• Plan and execute campaign‑specific content for product launches, events, and influencer collaborations.
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Master social media management tools such as Sprinkler.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in social media content creation and management, preferably within an agency.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management platforms (e.g., Sprinkler).
• Experience using AI tools for marketing and content production.
• Strong storytelling and communication narrative abilities.
