Content Manager – Strategic & Digital Content Lead

About the role

The Content Manager will shape and execute an end‑to‑end content strategy that strengthens brand equity, boosts consumer engagement, and drives measurable business results. Working at the crossroads of brand, digital, and commercial teams, you will translate consumer insights and business objectives into compelling, high‑impact content across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver an insight‑led content strategy across digital, social, and campaign channels.
• Develop and govern a structured content calendar aligned with brand and commercial priorities.
• Translate business goals into platform‑specific storytelling and narratives.
• Partner with agencies and cross‑functional teams to create, review, and optimise content assets.
• Continuously track content performance, run tests, and refine strategy based on data.
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all consumer‑facing content.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in content strategy or related roles.
• Strong storytelling ability and experience managing multi‑channel ecosystems.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data and turn insights into actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills in a cross‑functional environment.
• High ownership, agility, and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
