Contract Management Specialist

About the role

The Contract Management Specialist will oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring that all agreements are drafted, reviewed, approved, and stored in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. You will act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners to safeguard contractual obligations and mitigate risks.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and process contracts, amendments, and related legal documents.
• Coordinate approval and signature workflows with stakeholders.
• Maintain a centralized contract management system with accurate, up‑to‑date records.
• Monitor contract performance, milestones, and compliance.
• Track expiration dates, renewals, extensions, and termination notices.
• Identify and escalate contractual risks to management.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and project teams to resolve issues.
• Support negotiations by preparing documentation and analyzing terms.
• Prepare status reports, KPIs, and dashboards for management.
• Assist internal and external audits by supplying required contract documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, legal support, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and compliance.
