Contract Management Specialist Professional

About the role

The Contract Management Specialist Professional will guide and align contract management priorities with the Technology Operations Support department’s objectives. This role ensures professional support for sourcing, procurement and contract activities across all technology operations.

Key responsibilities

• Align contract management goals with departmental objectives and technology operations plans.
• Provide professional support for sourcing, procurement and contract management, following corporate processes and guidelines.
• Implement advanced procurement techniques such as group‑buying and negotiated pricing to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Plan, compile, implement and control procurement needs for Technology Operations.
• Manage and coordinate technical tendering processes in collaboration with functional owners and the central Procurement Department.
• Develop and drive RFP/RFQ processes, evaluate proposals and negotiate optimal deals.
• Act as the primary interface with Business Support and Legal to fulfill procurement and contract requirements.
• Maintain a systematic repository of technical contracts for Technology Operations.
• Provide market and supplier performance analysis to guide tender invitations.
• Oversee logistic support for contract execution and preparation of related certifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract management and procurement within technology or telecom operations.
• Strong understanding of corporate procurement policies, tendering procedures and contract lifecycle management.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and act as a technical procurement advisor.
• Excellent analytical skills for market and supplier performance evaluation.
