Contract Specialist

About the role

Flint Consulting Ltd is looking for a detail‑oriented Contract Specialist to manage the preparation, review, negotiation and administration of commercial contracts across its IT consulting, professional services, managed services and staffing businesses. The role works closely with Sales, Delivery, Procurement, Finance, HR and Legal to ensure contracts are compliant, commercially sound and aligned with company policies while minimising risk.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and administer Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Service Agreements, Staff Augmentation, Consulting Agreements, NDAs, vendor and partnership contracts.
• Identify commercial, financial and operational risks in customer contracts and coordinate internal approvals.
• Support sales during contract negotiations and bid submissions.
• Maintain an organized contract repository, track milestones, renewals and obligations.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and internal policies.
• Coordinate with Finance on payment terms and invoicing, and with Procurement on supplier agreements.
• Respond to customer contractual queries, prepare summaries, risk assessments and management reports.
• Collaborate with Legal Counsel on complex contractual matters.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in contract management or commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract law principles, commercial terms and risk assessment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
• Strong negotiation skills.
