Control Engineer – Design & Implementation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Control Engineer to join our Riyadh team. You will design, implement and maintain control systems that keep our construction and infrastructure projects running safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop control systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Perform system integration and testing to guarantee proper functionality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates to optimise system performance.
• Stay current with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies as needed.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
• Deliver training sessions on control system operation for team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Control Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of control engineering experience, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
