Control Engineer

About the role

Freyssinet Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Control Engineer to join its Riyadh team. The role involves designing, implementing and maintaining control systems for construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop control systems in line with industry standards.
• Integrate and test control solutions to verify functionality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective project coordination.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates to optimise system performance.
• Stay informed on industry advancements and incorporate new technologies.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
• Conduct training sessions on control system operation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Control Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of control engineering experience, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
