Control Room Operator

About the role

The Control Room Operator will monitor and control manufacturing operations from the control room to ensure safe, stable, and efficient production. You will work with DCS/PLC systems, respond to process deviations, and coordinate with field teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant systems through DCS/PLC control systems.
• Track process parameters and adjust operating settings as required.
• Respond promptly to alarms, process interruptions, and deviations.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate production and operational records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Industrial Technology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in control room operations.
• Knowledge of DCS, PLC, and industrial control systems.
• Experience in insulation, glass, packaging, or power industries is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
