Co‑op Graphic Designer Trainee

About the role

The Co‑op Graphic Designer Trainee will support Aon's Riyadh office by creating high‑quality visual materials that align with the company’s brand and help communicate effectively with internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual concepts and design elements for both digital and print channels, including advertisements, brochures, logos, and reports.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports following Aon branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with brokerage teams across Saudi branches to deliver client‑focused materials.
• Support online and offline media requirements as needed.
• Produce branded collateral such as prints, letterheads, business cards, door cards, and Eid cards.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a graduate‑level program in Graphic Design or a closely related discipline.
• Portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and creativity.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Saudi national.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong creative ability to translate requirements into impactful visual solutions.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Effective communication and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
