Coop Trainee – Fund Services

About the role

FundRock is seeking a motivated Coop Trainee to join its Fund Services team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full‑time position offers the chance to work closely with senior fund accountants and gain hands‑on experience in fund operations, NAV reporting, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to Fund Services, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Review work performed by offshore teams for accuracy.
• Submit NAV calculations to clients within agreed SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with fund terms, regulatory requirements, and AML regulations.
• Collaborate with asset managers, property managers, and real‑estate developers to gather data.
• Monitor cash flows to maintain sufficient liquidity for operations and distributions.
• Prepare financial statements in line with accounting standards.
• Maintain adherence to firm policies and procedures.
• Act as deputy for the line manager when required.

Required profile

• Strong educational background in accounting or finance.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt work approach to client deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
