Co‑op Trainee – Industrial Engineering (Saudi National)

About the role

WSP is seeking a motivated Saudi national currently studying Industrial Engineering to join its Co‑op Training Program in Riyadh. The 3‑month placement offers hands‑on experience supporting project teams, contributing to delivery, and developing practical engineering skills in a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project teams with day‑to‑day engineering and project activities.
• Prepare technical documents, reports and presentations.
• Participate in team meetings and coordinate project tasks.
• Conduct research and gather data to support project delivery.
• Perform other discipline‑related tasks under supervision.

Required profile

• Saudi national enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Industrial Engineering.
• Co‑op training must be a mandatory graduation requirement, with an official university letter confirming this.
• Academic transcript and good academic standing.
• Available for a 3‑month training period (subject to university requirements).
• Eligible to register under the COOP program via Qiwa/HRDF where applicable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
