Corporate Communications Manager

About the role

Vision Investment is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to lead internal communication initiatives, develop high‑impact content, and manage the intranet and other internal channels. The role focuses on aligning communication campaigns with the company’s strategic objectives and cultural transformation programs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce high‑impact internal content and campaigns that support business goals and Strategy 2.0.
• Write, edit, and review all internal materials to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with corporate culture and values.
• Oversee the intranet, newsletters, announcements, presentations, and templates, ensuring they serve employee‑experience objectives.
• Collaborate with regional offices and internal stakeholders such as the Strategic Management Office, Human Capital Development, and Digital Transformation teams to maintain an integrated narrative.
• Develop and maintain communications guidelines, playbooks, and frameworks to guarantee a uniform tone and style across all channels.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear, employee‑facing messages that connect corporate objectives with daily work.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, business administration or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., APR, CCP) are highly preferred.
• 8‑10 years of corporate communications experience, preferably in finance or investment sectors.
• Excellent written and spoken English with outstanding writing, editing, and presentation abilities.
