Corporate Finance Manager

About the role

The Corporate Finance Manager will oversee Soudah Development’s financial resources, focusing on cash flow, debt, and capital market activities to ensure liquidity, minimize risk, and maximize returns. This role supports the company’s financial strategy, manages relationships with banks and financiers, and ensures compliance with financial covenants.

Key responsibilities

• Handle cash investments and maturities to guarantee fund availability.
• Manage daily treasury activities, including cash flow and financial resources, to meet the company’s obligations.
• Oversee borrowings, debt, and capital management while allocating cash balances to reduce costs.
• Manage banking operations such as opening and closing accounts.
• Negotiate interest rates with banks to maximize returns on fixed deposits.
• Assess investment opportunities in financial instruments (e.g., bonds, sukuks) to improve ROI.
• Develop plans to mitigate currency and interest‑rate risks.
• Monitor tax levels and prepare tax reports for stakeholders.
• Prepare financial reports on cash positions and liquidity for senior leadership.
• Identify and negotiate with financiers to secure funding for company activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or an equivalent field from a recognized university.
• Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
